Exhibition building“DEGREES - Learning with glass” - exhibition, built by a group of students in the glass industry and curated by the Finnish Glass Museum, presents the Finnish glass industry
diversity and a high level of education in both design and vocational training. A group exhibition of Finnish glass industry students hasn’t been organized before.
The exhibition is related to a multinational application aimed at to get the knowledge, technology and skill related to handmade glass named by UNESCO humanit to the list of intangible cultural heritage and in which Finland is involved. The application is desired safeguard the vitality of the rare profession and strengthen international cooperation.
